To manufacture its moulds Carpana S.r.l. uses high quality material with high resistance like quenched steel:
According to the material used, the most suitable final treatment is chosen, like chrome-plating and total vacuum hardening.
Used almost for pultrusion moulds only, chrome plating gives high hardness to coated surfaces and guarantees maximum sliding properties.
